The BIGGEST finish!!

Wow!  I am so happy to have these quilts done, along with some quilty friends that helped!  There are 20 quilts on the fence!  Seven of those were made by the quilty friends and thirteen were made by me.  I have plans for more but I have to put them on hold so I can get some Christmas sewing done and give my left arm a rest!  I did too much and brought on a case of tendinitis in my left elbow...

I also knitted a bunch of hats in the last month too!  There is one more that is done but did not make the picture.

And finally today I am delivering the quilts and all the other donations I have collected in the last few months.  This is how full my Escape is and I still have one more pick up to make!

And now for all the Thank You's!!!
Many Thanks go out to...
Cleo-for all the fabric
Kris-for making three quilts, fabric and letting me use your fence for pictures
Marcella-for making three quilts and fabric
Donna J-for sending a complete stranger a quilt
My Sis Jenni-for all the fabric
Michelle- for donating blankets and clothes
My Sis Michelle-for donating clothes and household
My mom and Dad-for donating clothes
Alice-for donating clothes and fabric
Mama Diane-for helping me deliver everything
My family-for putting up with all the stuff until it leaves the house and for letting me have the time to make all the quilts!
Thank You to anyone else I may have missed!
Thank you, thank you, thank you...

  1. How awesome that you got everything ready to go before Christmas. After sending the quilt I decided it was time to do a little closet and dresser clearing out. I sent a large donation box to the adress you had listed in a previous post. What a great thing you and your family are doing!

    1. Thank you for the donation box! I was telling Mary Ann about your quilt today and she said you sent a box to her too. Check out the Families Working Together Facebook page in the next couple of weeks, Mary Ann will be adding pictures of the kids getting their quilts. I think they are giving out the kids Christmas boxes next weekend...
