New Projects

This is fabric for my oldest son's quilt that has been on the back burner for a little over a year now.  He has been on my case the last few months but things always come up.  Ya know how it is...it seems like for me,  my own kids quilts get pushed back for another more "urgent" project.  I have finally cleared the quilt calender and made time for this one.  I will be using the Serendipity pattern from the Missouri Star Quilt Company, so in the end I will have two quilts made at the same time!  And to make things go even faster I will be using my Accuquilt Go cutter that my Hubby gave me for my 36th B-day.

And then the next project...This one has to be done by May 19 for my cousin and his wife.  I am waiting to find out if it's a boy or girl.  This one has me stumped for a pattern.  I am looking for simple and modern, but none have said "pick me" yet.  And of course, some of the fabric has dots!

My first tumbler quilt...and my first blog post!

I made this puppy quilt (all from my stash) for my cousin's baby boy.  I have not had the chance to meet him yet but I sure hope this becomes his favorite...
It is backed with soft cuddly flannel in dots which are always my favorite!
