******

Since being diagnosed with a gluten intolerance/sensitivity/allergy (take your pick) a year ago I have been on the hunt for bread that is as close as possible to the bread I remember and miss.  I even dream about bread!  Today I may have finally found it...
I had a grilled cheese for dinner and it was awesome!  I've tried many GF breads and most need to be toasted to even be edible but this one was good right out of the bag.  Fingers crossed that this one will be a keeper!  Tomorrow I'm having PB & J for lunch, I've been craving one for a long time!

Puppy Report-

Here they are as babies in October...
Here they are today...
Bella (on the left) is about 40lbs and Mateo (on the right) is about 30lbs and they are still growing!  Our vet said Bella would be 60 to 70lbs and Mateo 40 to 50lbs!  The other three dogs are not liking rambunctious puppies in the family...we have to keep the chihuahua in a separate part of the house otherwise her and Bella fight.  Not a fair fight when one is 5lbs and the other is 40lbs!

Do your kids/grandkids have loom bands?  My girls both have been making all kinds of things with these, mainly bracelets, necklaces and rings.  My oldest daughter made me a unicorn a couple weeks ago.
She even made her little brother an elephant...
 And one of many bracelets...

Proof...

This will probably be the only quilt my hubby works on with me from start to finish...here's the proof!
Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!  Although he did go to the quilt shop with me and helped pick out fabric  for my Glamping quilt.  Maybe I can still get him to at least help a little here and there!

Our finish...

The backing he chose...
He even marked quilting lines for me and he trimmed threads on the back...

Now on to the next quilt!  I totally changed what I was going to do and the fabric I was going to use.  Here are the new additions...
I can't wait to get it finished!

Finally a finish!

Well, sort of a finish...the top is done, now I just have to decide on the backing and how I will quilt it.
I am absolutely in love with the fabrics and the fact that my husband helped me with this from start to finish!  He chose the pattern, helped with fabric choices, turned and pressed points, pressed all the blades, and then pressed some more and kept me company while I sewed.  I also worked on my Glamping blocks and I have them all sewed now I just have to press them all...and add sashing!

Last week I made my son a case for his tablet...

It turned out better than I thought it would, now I just need to get Velcro for the closure.

That's it for now...Happy Valentines Day!!
