A Finish...

This last month has been busy!  There have been (in no particular order) concerts, girl scout picnic, parades, garage sale, moving my sis, work, doctor appointments, graduation party(one to help plan and execute and one to go to), last day of school for all four kids, planning a vacation to Maine, grocery shopping and so much more.  But now I have a finish to show.  Back in April I posted about fabric but had no idea what I was going to do for the quilt.  I got inspired with fabric weaving!  Here is my attempt
This was a lot of fun but time consuming so I changed things up and made this
This was also weaved and backed with an iron on stabilizer and then stitched with decorative stitches.  Then it was made into this quilt for my adorable cousins baby girl who was born on my hubby's birthday.
That's all for now I need to go walking and get my butt into shape for my trip to Maine in July!!!  I'm going to finally see my sis in law!!
